THE BEST WAY TO BERMUDA(?)
Cruises to Bermuda are very popular - and plentiful! Getting there and on the return, you get 2-3 days at sea to acquaint yourself with the ship's onboard amenities and services. Occupy your time, or just lounge around and relax. Some cruises combine a stop there with other ports in Canada or the Caribbean. On those itineraries, it’s typically a one day stop. If you’re lucky, the ship might stay overnight.
ONCE YOU'VE MADE IT THERE
Most cruises dock at King's Wharf - located at the western tip of the island nation. It's convenient for ships arriving from New York and other east coast ports, like Baltimore, Boston, Norfolk, and Philadelphia (YES, Philly). St. George, on the east end near the airport, serves as a secondary cruise port.
AH, NOSTALGIA
It used to be that the capital city of Hamilton used to be the port-of-entry for cruises with ships docking right at the center of town. Of course, ships were much smaller in the 1960s through the late 1980s. These modern vessels would dwarf the old classics, such as Home Lines famed ss Oceanic and ss Doric.
You can enjoy all that the island nation is known for! And what is Bermuda best known for? Beaches! (among other things) Pink sand beaches and he tturquoise hues of the Atlantic Ocean are dazzling to behold.
Unwind at the picturesque Horseshoe Bay Beach in Bermuda and experience soft pink sand and turquoise waters like never before.
